1. Overview & Binding Agreement

This website is operated by kevin shop. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to kevin shop. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Online Store Terms & Eligibility

3. Payment Processing via Stripe and PayPal

To facilitate secure checkout, we utilize industry-standard third-party payment gateways, specifically Stripe and PayPal. By submitting payment, you agree to comply with the respective terms of service, user agreements, and privacy policies of these processors.

All payment authorizations, captures, and fraud checks are managed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full credit card numbers or billing credentials on our servers. You authorize our payment processors to charge the designated payment instrument for the total amount of your purchase (including taxes, shipping, and processing fees).

4. Sourcing & Zero-Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of payment, order details are instantly transmitted via API to our partner factory in China to initiate custom manufacturing, sourcing, and packaging. Because this pipeline is automated and immediate:

• Once paid, an order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled under any circumstances.
• We are unable to adjust sizing, variants, shipping addresses, or quantities after payment is processed.
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, buyers' remorse, duplicate orders, or sizing errors. All sales are final.

5. International Shipping & Data Sharing

All items are shipped directly from our partner factory in China. We do not operate domestic warehouses or dispatch packages from local fulfillment centers. By purchasing from kevin shop, you explicitly acknowledge that your order is an international shipment originating from China.

Sharing of Personal Information for Logistics: To coordinate international transit, customs clearance, and final delivery, we must share your personal details—specifically your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address—with our manufacturing partners, customs brokers, international cargo carriers, and domestic postal networks. By initiating checkout, you grant us explicit consent to share this data with these third-party logistical entities solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

No Guaranteed Delivery Dates: Sourcing, custom packaging, and international transit times vary with every order. We do not guarantee delivery dates. International transit latencies, carrier delays, customs inspections, and global supply backlogs are outside our control. Sourcing or shipping delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or credit card dispute.

6. Strict Anti-Chargeback Policy & Fraud Prevention

We enforce a strict, zero-tolerance policy against chargeback abuse and payment fraud. By completing your transaction, you agree to the following binding conditions:

• You agree not to file a dispute, claim, or chargeback with your bank, card issuer, Stripe, or PayPal for reasons related to international transit delays, lack of guaranteed delivery dates, sizing preferences, or our standard zero-cancellation policy.
• Evidence Submission: In the event of a dispute or chargeback, we will compile and submit comprehensive evidence to your card issuer or payment processor. This evidence includes, but is not limited to: IP address logs, browser user-agent signatures, checkout geolocations, carrier tracking records, custom declarations, and proof of your explicit agreement to these Terms of Service.
• Financial Liability: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute that is subsequently resolved in our favor, or if the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms, you agree to reimburse us for all administrative fees, dispute processing fees, legal expenses, and collection costs incurred in contesting the chargeback.
• We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks or unpaid balances to consumer credit reporting agencies, collections agencies, and local law enforcement networks.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

In no case shall kevin shop, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless kevin shop and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing our business registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.
